Returns Policy
You may return new, unworn items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
Any orders made through the Debenhams website must be returned within 28 days for a full refund. This is in line with Debenhams policies.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and with the original labels/tags still attached. Products must be unworn & in the same condition received in order for a full refund/ exchange to made. Please also ensure that all paperwork received with the order is returned back to us. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are damaged.
Returns lost in the post that are not tracked are not the responsibility of Another Sunday so we recommend you return items using a tracked service.

Returns are also able to be made using customers own returns method but we do suggest this item is tracked.
Faulty Items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience it may have caused. Please inform us within 14 days from receipt of the item and we will rectify the issue as quickly as possible. Please email customerservice@anothersunday.co.uk.
How long will my returns take to process?
We aim to process all returns/exchanges within 14 days of us receiving the goods back into our warehouse, however in some busy periods this may take longer. We will do our best to process them as soon as possible for you.
Please be aware in may take up to 7 working days for your return clear and your refund be back with you
